Privacy policy.

Speedmarc is built for email authentication work, so the default posture is simple: collect what is needed to run the product, protect customer data, and avoid selling personal data.

What we collect

Speedmarc may collect basic traffic information through Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as page views, referrers, approximate location, browser type, and device type. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to avoid personal tracking cookies.

Speedmarc may process account contact details, domain names you add, DNS records needed for setup checks, and DMARC aggregate report data sent to Speedmarc reporting addresses.

How we use it

We use this information to operate Speedmarc, respond to requests, provide DMARC monitoring, troubleshoot ingestion, improve the product, and protect the service from abuse.

What we do not do

Speedmarc does not sell personal data.

Data retention

Report data may be retained while it is useful for monitoring, debugging, and product development. Temporary unmatched or raw ingestion artifacts should be removed according to the lifecycle rules configured in the infrastructure.
